Deep Void Privacy Policy (2022)

Thank you for choosing to be part of our community at Deep Void ("company", "we", "us", or "our").

We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. If you have any questions or concerns about our policy, or our practices with regards to your personal information, please contact us at 'dv.devsprt@gmail.com'.

When you play our games ("games") and use our services, you trust us with your personal information. We take your privacy very seriously. In this privacy notice, we describe our privacy policy. We seek to explain to you in the clearest way possible what information collect, how we use it, and what rights you have in relation to it. We hope that you take some time to read through it carefully, as it is important. If there are any terms in our privacy policy that you disagree with, please discontinue use of our games and our services.

This privacy policy applies to all information collected through our games (such as 'The Particle Game', 'Rollyolly', 'Chemik', 'Starclout', 'Macrolord', 'Heartbreak', 'Fluke', and 'Countries: A Nation Simulator'), and/or any related services, sales, marketing, or events (we refer to them collectively in this privacy policy as the "games").

PLEASE READ THIS PRIVACY POLICY CAREFULLY AS IT WILL HELP YOU MAKE INFORMED DECISIONS ABOUT SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH US.

What Information Do We Collect?

We collect general game-state data (daily, weekly, monthly app usage statistics) and monetization data (for the purposes of calculating ad revenue) through "Unity Analytics" which is owned by "Unity Technologies". Outside of this, google play collects some amount of data through the game for usage in the google play console. Otherwise, we are unaware of any other data usage.

How Do We Use Your Information?

We use it for statistical/calculative use only, and do not intentionally share or sell any of the data that we collect. We cannot, however speak for that data that 'Unity Analytics' or 'Google Play' intercept.

Will Your Information Be Shared With Anyone?

Deep Void does not share information with anyone. However, 'Google' and 'Unity Technologies' have their own distinct privacy policies, and those should be referred to when those two entities are pulled into the equation.

Do we use cookies and other tracking technology?

Not intentionally, but again 'Google' and 'Unity Technologies' may.

Do we use Google Maps?

No.

How do we handle your social logins?

We don't.
